Charlie currently serves as the MPS Group’s Chairman and CEO. He also has served the Group as a board member since 1999. His duties include senior executive management and myriad corporate oversight responsibilities, including strategic planning, corporate ethics, diversity initiatives, and board and stockholder relationships. Offering years of broad executive management experience, Charlie has served the City of Detroit and Wayne County in various capacities for more than 30 years, including posts as Chief of Staff for the mayor of Detroit and as Deputy County Executive for Wayne County. He also served as Executive Director of the Detroit Water & Sewer Department for several years and is a member of the State Bar of Michigan. As a consultant to Highland Park, Michigan, he advised the Emergency Financial Manager regarding financial and administrative matters. In 2006, Charlie was appointed to a six-year term with the Wayne County Airport Authority Board, which is the governing agency for the world’s 15th busiest airport. He also currently serves as an audit committee member for Magna Entertainment, a publicly listed corporation. Charlie’s enthusiasm, judgment and experience assure solid governance for the challenges and opportunities the MPS Group faces now and in the future. |

Edward L. Schwartz |

Serving as President of MPS Group, Inc. since March 2010, Ed Schwartz is responsible for daily operations, sales and marketing, strategic direction and financial performance. Overall objective is to lead MPS Group towards its ambitious growth expectations. Mr. Schwartz has an impressive background including over twenty years of international executive leadership experience. During his career, Mr. Schwartz has successfully managed multiple businesses across diverse end-markets, including automotive, aerospace, consumer, energy, information technology and industrial. Mr. Schwartz formerly worked as an Executive Vice President for the TriMas Corporation which is a $1 billion diversified manufacturer of highly-engineered consumer and industrial products. As the Executive Vice President, Mr. Schwartz’s responsibilities were supported by 3,600 employees throughout North America, Europe, Asia and Australia. Prior to TriMas Corporation, Mr. Schwartz was Executive Vice President of Philips Electronics. His most recent responsibility as Regional Managing Director of American Philips-LG included a $750 million picture tube business. During his 13-year career at Philips, Mr. Schwartz lived abroad in Germany and the Netherlands. Mr. Schwartz was born in Louisville, Kentucky and was raised in Indiana. He attended Purdue University earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology in 1984. He also attended Indiana University earning a Partnership for Management Development certification in 1994. Presently, Mr. Schwartz resides in Commerce Township with his wife and two children. |

David W. Mosteller |

As the CFO of MPS Group, Dave Mosteller’s principal responsibilities include financial and asset management, strategic planning and information technology. Dave is a proven leader with over 25 years of experience including general accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury and M&A. This experience was gained in divisional, group and corporate financial roles at Masco Corporation, Metaldyne Corporation and TriMas Corporation. Positions he has held include Financial Analyst, Divisional Controller, Corporate Controller, Group Controller and Director of Finance – Operations. In 1982, Dave earned an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Michigan State University and, in 1994, earned a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan. Dave was born and raised in the Detroit area and currently resides in Northville Township with his wife and two children. |
