After service in the united States Air Force, Mr. Rickman began his first company in the mid-80's. This company grew from five to nearly 150 employees and today is a Tier 1 supplier to the Big Three for environmental and management solutions.

Since its founding MPS Group has expanded its services to nearly 200 plants around the country and seen revenues grow to over $50 million. Under Mr. Rickman's leadership, MPS Group has won several awards including GM Supplier of the Year.

Mr. Rickman now serves as Board Chairman for MPS Group. Mr Rickman is actively involved in the community, and serves in numerous volunteer capacities.
