ISO is one of the world’s most recognized Quality and Environmental Management Systems with the intent to help organizations succeed when universal business principles are implemented. These standards provide a process-based approach to meet or exceed the needs of an organization’s interested parties. For MPS Group, interested parties include our customers, our employees, regulatory agencies, local businesses, our financial institutions, and our suppliers. Our QEMS program is grounded in the following principles: Customer Focus, Environmental Stewardship, Employee Engagement, Risk Management, Evidence-based Decision Making, and Continuous Improvement. Our program and these principles are championed by MPS Executive Management.

Scope of our Certificates: “Providing support services to our Customers in the areas of Total Waste Management, Paint Shop Optimization, Specialized Industrial and Technical Cleaning, and Industrial Wastewater Treatment”.

Our certificates expire April 7, 2028.

The purpose of our QEMS is to:

  • Help our organization operate with increased effectiveness and consistency
  • Reduce the impact of our operations, activities and services on the environment
  • To achieve customer and other interested parties' satisfaction

Every employee is empowered to ensure quality services are provided to our customers as well as identifying, eliminating or controlling our operational impact on the environment. Employee contributions that support our objectives keep our QEMS strong and robust, maintains our professional standing with our interested parties, our ISO certifications and the future sustainability of our organization. The policies below capture our commitment and focus on what is important to our organization.
